Delete your account.

You can request deletion of your Cashnote account in the app or by email, even if you no longer have the app.

In the app

1. Open Settings and your account section.
2. If other members should keep shared profiles, transfer their ownership to another member first.
3. Choose account deletion and confirm your request.

Without the app

Write from your account’s email address to info@jarwizz.com with the subject “Cashnote — account deletion”. If you use Apple with a hidden email, include the relay address associated with your account. We will verify account ownership before deletion. Do not send your password.

What is deleted and what remains

Processing runs in the background. Your account and the profiles you still own will be deleted, including their stored attachments. Expenses in profiles owned by other people remain without your author identifier. Their text and attachments remain shared content. If they contain personal data you want removed, include this in your request.
