Local mode and sign-in

You can start without an account using a local profile. To sync and share, enter your email and open the sign-in link. Local data does not transfer automatically when you sign in.

See who added it

An avatar beside each expense and the author’s name in its details make shared spending clear. Edit your name and upload a profile photo in your account.

One-thumb navigation

Swipe between screens. Hold an expense or category to open its actions, including deletion with confirmation.

Ready for your accountant

Choose a period and prepare an accountant export. Merge a JSON backup into a profile or replace its contents.

Your first profile and sharing

Create a profile, name it, and choose a currency. Invite others with an invitation code in the profile settings. Their role determines whether they can edit expenses or only view them.

Sync and a new phone

Sign in with the same account. Only data that has already synced will transfer. Offline-only entries and local profiles without an account won’t transfer automatically. Signing in doesn’t automatically turn a local profile into a cloud profile.

Backup and export

In Settings, export the selected profile to JSON for backup or CSV for a spreadsheet. JSON/CSV does not include the attachment files themselves; save them separately.

Restore a backup

Choose JSON import in Settings. Before replacing existing data, save a current backup and check that you’re in the right profile.

Receipt storage

The 100 MB limit is shared across all profiles you own. Attachments added by members count towards the profile owner’s storage. Check usage in Settings. Removing an attachment may not immediately free server space.
